Payment and Cancellation Policy

Team Building Program Payment Policy

  • Deposits of 50% are taken at the time of booking. 

  • If you need to pay with a check contact the Program Manager to discuss. 

  • Full payment is due seven (7) days prior to the program. 

Team Building Program Cancellation Policy

  • Lake Geneva Team Building Adventures requires a written notice of cancellation of team building programs seven (7) days prior to the date of your program to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within seven (7) days of your program date will forfeit the entire deposit.

  • You may change your reservation date, time and/or the number of program participants or adventure tours by written notice one (1) time up to seven (7) days prior to the original date of your program.

  • No rescheduling of reservation dates or large participant number changes (over 12 participants) can be made with less than seven (7) days notice.

  • Groups that do not give prior notice and do not show up for their scheduled program will be charged the full amount. 

If tours are cancelled by Lake Geneva Ziplines & Adventures due to weather conditions, including lightning, high winds, and excessive cold, or other circumstance, participants may:

  • Reschedule for another available day or time.

  • Request a full refund. 

Rain, Snow & Inclement Weather

Tours run year-round in all types of weather, including rain and snow.  When making a reservation please take into account all likely weather conditions during the time of year that your tour is scheduled to occur.
