We Focus on You
Our staff work with you prior to your team building program to discuss your goals for the experience, to review aspects of the group such as participant ages, any physical accommodations that should be planned for and how we can best assist the group to transfer their team building experience into their day-to-day interactions with one another.
Outcomes Focused
We want to help you accomplish the outcome you set out to acheive. Whether that’s building leadership, effective communication, collaborative, or just trying to have fun as a team, we’ve got you covered. Our hands-on approach to group development offers a unique opportunity for group members to interact, bond, explore roles within the group, have fun and learn from their successes and failures.
Experiential Learning
Our approach to team building programs is based on the practices of experiential education. Perhaps best explained through the Experiential Learning Cycle, this process involves:
- Having a new experience and then
- Reflecting on that experience in order to
- Extract lessons and/or develop skills from it and then
- Apply the resulting learning by implementing newly enhanced skills during the next set of challenges (or applying them when back “home” in the workplace, school, etc.).
This process is especially valuable for those seeking a way to encourage members of their group to be thoughtful in how they approach challenges, problem solve, and build success.
